In our 10 years managing manufacturing in China we have never had to manage the type of logistics crisis we are seeing these days. The perfect storm of Covid 19 and Brexit (and a little bit of Holiday season) pushing container prices to all time highs. Fortunately we are managing to continue shipping albeit at hugely inflated rates.
